Loving Earth Chocolate is raw and as such has never been heated above 45 degrees, for that true melt in the mouth, smooth as silk experience. This means it has up to 4 times the anti-oxidants found in conventional chocolate (see it's good for you). It is does not contain sugar (another plus!), it is sweetened using the nectar from the Agave Cactus (a natural low GI sweetener), giving it a rich pleasant taste.
