Payments

Payment of all accounts must be made within 7 days of date of invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days ONE reminder will be sent giving a further 3 days to pay. If payment has not been received by the 10th day, your order will be cancelled and the item returned to stock.

NO items will be shipped without payment.

If you are having trouble paying, need more time or need to ask a question regarding payment it is essential that you CONTACT US, communication is key to resolution of any problems.
 
We accept Paypal and direct deposit only. Direct deposit is only available to Australian residents.
 
All prices listed for both products and shipping are in Australian Dollars. Shipping charges are for Australian locations only. If you are an international customer you will need to contact us to have your shipping charges adjusted.
 
All domestic items are shipped via Australia Post. Insurance is NOT INCLUDED in the shipping quote. If you need your item insured contact us for a revised shipping invoice. Your item will not be replaced if it goes missing in transit, if this is a concern then we recommend you get insurance.

Shipping

While the online store is open 24/7 for taking orders, I don`t work 24/7 :-) (I think my family would divorce me!)

My days off are Tuesday (all day) and Sunday (part time). During these days I don`t work at all and that means I don`t answer emails, phone calls or ship any packages.

The remainder of the days I am working usually from 7am- 10pm.

I check my emails every day, but being a WAHM I may not be able to respond immediately, I endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours, usually it is more like 2-3 hours.

I try to post everyday, but again it depends on what is happening at home with my family. In reality I usually do post everyday, but I just can`t guarantee it.
